CANCELLED - Central Mediterranean Prehistory Seminar

Due to uncertainty around covid-19 social distancing in the next months we have taken the decision to cancel this event. We are hoping to re-organise it for May 2021.

This long-standing event aims to gather scholars working on prehistory in the Central Mediterranean in order to present their current research, exchange ideas and explore new research directions in an informal and friendly environment. Academics, post-docs, PhD students and independent scholars from the UK and overseas are welcome to attend and present papers or posters relevant to the field of prehistory of Italy, Corsica, Malta, the Eastern Adriatic coast, southern France, and Mediterranean areas of North Africa. The time frame is from the Palaeolithic to the Iron Age.

The seminar will take place in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh. Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided. The seminar is free and open to all.

Further information to follow.
