History Skills course

Build your confidence as a historian and prepare for postgraduate study with this stand alone short course.

The University's Centre of Open Learning now offer a History Skills: Preparing for Postgraduate Study (Online) short course.

This course is for people wanting to build confidence and refine their skills as a historian prior to undertaking postgraduate study.

For those wishing to enroll on the online MSc in History programme who do not hold a History degree, or have insufficient credits in history courses during their degree, satisfactory completion of the History Skills: Preparing for Postgraduate Study (Online) short course may be required. Please contact online MSc in History programme director Dr Angela Bartie for guidance.

 

The short course runs for 11 weeks and begins on Wednesday 19 February 2025.
