Ethics procedures for taught postgraduate (MSc) dissertations The responsibility for the oversight of ethics and research integrity for MSc dissertations lies with supervisors. Self-evaluation ethics forms (Level 1) should be completed by students. Supervisors will scrutinize and approve all Research Ethics forms; if they have any concerns about the proposed project they should require the student to redesign it.
