From 16-20 February 2015 staff and students in the School had a break from normal teaching to develop skills, meet new people, celebrate innovation in the academic community and have fun!

Fun for all

In addition to events offered across the University, the School offered a broad programme of creative and experimental learning activities, with something for everyone.

Activities included several overseas trips; UK excursions to historic sites, battlefields and castles and a whole host of practical workshops, film showings and productions.

What is Innovative Learning Week?

Innovative Learning Week is a University-wide initiative that brings together staff, students and alumni for a week of inspiring activities. The aim is to give those involved the opportunity to explore new subjects of interest, gain employability skills, make valuable connections and, of course, to have fun.

The student perspective on Innovative Learning Week can be found on the dedicated blog.
