Conference fees

The conference fee includes  lunch, tea/coffee, and admission to the conference receptions, as well as the venue’s day delegate rate and a contribution to additional room hire and to staff, administration, and equipment costs. A late booking fee will apply after 29 February 2016.

Full rate, whole conference (waged delegates£300
Concession rate, whole conference (unwaged, retired, students)£260

Book accommodation

Hotel-standard University-owned accommodation close to the venue is available to book for the duration of the conference but places are limited.

If you are not staying for the whole conference or there is no availability in the University accommodation, Marketing Edinburgh Limited is offering our delegates specially negotiated rates at a selection of hotels and apartments throughout the city.

Accommodation can booked as part of the registration process.

Registration is now open for the Classical Association Conference 2016.
