2025 Leventis Professor - Barbara Graziosi

The School looks forward to welcoming the 2025 Leventis Professor, Barbara Graziosi, who will be joining the Classics Subject Area this semester from Princeton University.

Professor Graziosi - Ewing Professor of Greek Language and Literature - will be teaching a Masters-level course (open also to PhD students and colleagues) on 'Sappho and her World'. 

She will be giving her inaugural lecture, 'A humanistic approach to Artificial Intelligence’, on Wednesday, 1 October. The 2025 Leventis Conference 'Telling Bodies A Conference on Corporeal Classical Reception’ will run from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 November.
